What a standing clean looks like
Weekly & biweekly
Most year-round homes here do not need a deep clean every visit. They need a crew that already knows the house: which bath actually gets used, where winter grit hits the entry, and what you prefer left alone. That is what a recurring plan is — weekly or every other week, same checklist, same notes.
Each visit is maintenance, done carefully. Kitchens and baths are finished. Floors are vacuumed and mopped. Reachable surfaces are dusted. Beds are made when linens are out. Trash leaves with us. The aim is a house you can live in, not a Sunday night spent catching up.
Families in Indian River and Petoskey often begin every other week, then move to weekly if the house stays busier than expected. Monthly still works for cottages that only see long weekends and need a reset between trips.
The next date and the invoice live in the Customer Portal. You should not have to message three people to find out whether Thursday is still on the calendar.
