Cleaning Support for Property Managers & STR Portfolios

Property managers in Northern Michigan juggle calendars across Indian River, Petoskey, Cheboygan, Gaylord, Harbor Springs, and the lake towns—not a single weekly house. Exclusive Housekeeping supports property manager cleaning service needs with clear turnover standards, communication that scales past one-off texts, and a Customer Portal so hosts and managers can see appointments and submit checkout dates without waiting on office hours.

Short-term portfolios need vacation rental turnover cleaning that holds up to guest reviews: baths, kitchen, floors, beds, and trash out, with same-day capacity when the schedule allows. Managers who oversee Airbnb and Vrbo listings can pair cleans with our Airbnb linen service options—including full service laundry at $18 per load—so duplicate sets are treated, washed, and returned ready for the next stay instead of racing a public laundromat between checkouts.

What usually breaks vendor relationships is opacity: who is assigned, what is due, when the next turnover lands. Our portal shows upcoming jobs, open invoices, and online pay, while bulk checkout tools let you plan weeks of guest turnover cleaning in one pass. That is built for multi-unit operators and serious hosts, not only owner-occupied weekly house cleaning routes.

If you manage furnished rentals or mixed long-term and STR inventory within about 30 miles of ZIP 49749, ask about recurring coverage, on-call turnover windows, and how we document access notes. We would rather be the steady local crew on your vendor list than a last-minute substitute after a no-show.
