Standard visit · one date
A standard one-time clean is not a discounted “light dust.” It is the same kitchen, baths, floors, and reachable dusting we run on a weekly route, booked as a single date. You are not signing up for a subscription. You are buying one honest visit.
This is the page most first-time clients should open. Recurring plans are cheaper per visit once the house is already in shape. Deep cleans are for film, baseboards, and winters that sat closed. Same-day is only when a hole exists on today’s route. The standard one-time clean is the middle: a real house, a real checklist, one calendar slot.
Petoskey families use it before guests. Indian River owners use it after they have been downstate. Lake cottages use it mid-season when the weekly plan has not started yet. After the visit, many people keep the same team on every other week. That is a win, not a requirement.
