After remodeling or new work, we remove the fine dust and leftover debris so the space is livable again.
Northern Michigan remodels — kitchens in Petoskey, bath updates in Cheboygan, cottage additions on the lakes — leave dust everywhere. We stage cleans so contractors can finish and owners can move back in.
Schedule after the dust-producing work is actually finished. A mid-build wipe and a final presentation clean are two different visits.
We run this work on the same 30-mile radius as our house routes so the crew already knows the drive.
We keep notes on your house and try to send familiar teams on recurring routes. Peak summer on the lakes sometimes means a trained backup crew — the checklist stays the same.
