How this service is run
Detail reset
A deep clean is slower on purpose. If a house has sat through winter, come off a remodel, or simply gone too long between visits, a standard recurring stop will not catch up in one afternoon.
We still do the kitchen and baths thoroughly, then add reachable baseboards, door frames, handles, interior glass we can safely reach, and extra time in the rooms that collect grease and dust. Ceiling fan blades get wiped when we can reach them without standing on your furniture.
Lake cottages around Burt and Mullett often book this before Memorial Day or after a long rental season. In-town Petoskey and Cheboygan homes use it as the first clean before a weekly plan starts, so the recurring visits have a clean baseline.
If you only need a kitchen or a pair of baths detailed, say so when you book. A full-house deep clean and a targeted reset are different quotes.
