Empty home

Move-out cleaning is not a hotel turnover. Drawers are empty. Grease is older. Someone left a fridge that has been off for a week. The job is to get the unit back to a baseline a buyer, landlord, or incoming tenant can accept.

We detail kitchens and baths, wipe cabinets and closets, mop and vacuum, and clean appliance interiors when you ask for that add-on. Walls and carpets are not a full paint-and-steam package unless we quote that separately — we do not pretend otherwise.

Realtors around Petoskey and Gaylord use this before photos or a final walkthrough. Landlords between Cheboygan and Indian River use it when a lease ends and the next showing is already on the calendar.

Timing depends on keys. If the outgoing tenant still has the house at noon, we cannot start at 9. Put the real access window on the booking.

Will I see the same people?

We keep notes on your house and try to send familiar teams on recurring routes. Peak summer on the lakes sometimes means a trained backup crew — the checklist stays the same.

Can I leave special instructions?

Yes. Put them on the booking form or in the Customer Portal. Alarm codes, lockboxes, rooms to skip, and product preferences all travel with the job.

What if I need to cancel?

Give us as much notice as you can — 48 hours helps the route. Same-day cancels may still be billed when we cannot fill the slot. Call 231-290-0737.
