We clean the first visit
Kitchens, baths, floors, and dusting — the standing house clean. Later visits return to the regular recurring rate.

- It takes 30% off the first cleaning. The booking page shows that reduced total before you submit.
- Visits after the first one are the regular recurring rate.
- One code per new household. Type it as NEW30.
- If the home needs a heavier first visit, the estimate still reflects that work. The code comes off the price you are shown.
- We serve 30 miles of ZIP 49749 — Indian River, Petoskey, Cheboygan, Gaylord, Harbor Springs, and the towns between. Farther out, travel can be added.
Questions
Where do I enter the code?
On the booking page, use the offer-code box beside the estimate. On the free quote form, check “I have a seasonal or referral code” and type NEW30. Either way the office can see it.
Does this work on a one-time clean?
The special is the first cleaning of a recurring plan. If you only need one visit, ask for a regular quote and we will price that job on its own.
Do the later visits stay 30% off?
No. The discount is the first cleaning. After that you keep the normal weekly, biweekly, or every-4-weeks rate.
Do I have to be home?
No. Leave a lockbox, garage, or hide-a-key code. If we cannot get in, we call, wait a short window, then leave a note.
