🔐 Our #1 differentiator

The Customer Portal that makes life easier

Other cleaners leave you texting for schedules and balances. Exclusive clients log in to a full Customer Portal — appointments, invoices, online pay, and Airbnb checkout scheduling in real time. Built for homeowners and STR hosts across Indian River, Petoskey, Cheboygan, Gaylord, and every town within 30 miles of 49749.

📅 Live appointments

See upcoming cleans, status, and calendar — no more “when are you coming?” messages.

💳 Pay invoices online

Open balances and one-click Pay. Know what you owe the moment you log in.

🔑 Airbnb bulk checkouts

Hosts set checkout dates & times for 6 months, add full service laundry notes, submit once.

Your cleaning command center

The same login our clients use. Homeowners see the next clean and pay online. Airbnb, Vrbo, and BnB owners set checkout dates themselves and pull after-clean photos of the kitchen, baths, and bedrooms — proof for guests and property managers without a text thread.

Almost no cleaning company in Northern Michigan offers a portal this complete. It is included for Exclusive Housekeeping clients — not an extra product to buy.
